The Royce will re-open in March 2013 as a New American Steakhouse, featuring the finest selection of seasonal aged American Prime beef, Australian Wagyu, and Grade #5 Japanese Kobe cuts, including the freshest local and global seafood. The restaurant will feature two wine rooms and an exclusive chef’s table.
The Terrace serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and features a number of weekly dining specials including Sunday Champagne Brunch. The California-bistro style menu, created by Chef Erik Schuster, is comprised of upscale comfort food, offering a variety of choices that will delight both the discerning and casual diner. The outdoor patio offers guests alfresco dining with a view of the Picture Bridge and pool, and provides the perfect setting for a casual lunch or relaxing dinner.
The Tap Room is a stylish and inviting space featuring classic and handmade cocktails, an eclectic wine selection, premium artisanal beers on tap from around the world and upscale bar food. The room features contemporary additions while maintaining the unique sense of history and tradition that is a signature of the hotel. New features include stylish flexible seating, a fireplace with a surrounding living room and cozy couches, beautiful mahogany paneling and pillars, and a spectacular lounge-like outdoor patio offering sweeping views of The Langham’s Horseshoe Garden and San Marino.
The Lobby Lounge features Langham’s Signature Afternoon Tea Thursday through Saturday and Chocolate Afternoon Tea on Sunday. Enjoy a selection of savory tea sandwiches, scones with Devonshire cream, fruit tarts, mousse torts and crème brûlées and of course a variety of the finest teas. Guests can enjoy the atmosphere with floor-to-ceiling windows, which offer picturesque views of The Horseshoe Garden and San Marino. Bridal shower tea parties are available and the hotel also offers a children’s tea selection.
